1. Booking & Reservation

• All bookings must be made in advance via our website, email, or phone.
• We reserve the right to confirm your booking only after receiving the required information.
• If you book for multiple persons (e.g., 5 persons) and fewer persons show up (e.g., 4 persons), you will be charged for the full number of persons reserved. Seats are held exclusively for your booking.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations on the same day of the tour are not allowed.
• You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour time for a full refund or reschedule.
• No refund or rescheduling will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour.

3. Payment Policy

• All payments are required to confirm the booking.
• Payments can be made via trusted payment gateways or in cash at the time of pickup if pre-arranged.

4. Tour Rules & Conduct

• Please arrive at the pickup location on time.
• Follow all safety instructions provided by our tour guides.
• Respect other participants and the environment during the tour.

5. Liability

• Sandboarding Dubai is not responsible for personal injuries if safety instructions are not followed.
• Participants take part in tours at their own risk.

6. Changes to Terms & Conditions

• Sandboarding Dubai reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
